The world is becoming increasingly aware of the fact that our everyday life is dependent on the usage of the light weight, durable, power and energy saving, flexible rock wool insulation. For that, Global Smart (est. 2005)  is reviving the rock wool manufacturing industry in Jordan by building a new production line. INSUFORM ensures thermal, fire and acoustic insulation with its high quality and a variety of products. It serves all industrial and residential sectors.

Mafraq Factory

On land of 20,000 m2 mafraq factory is established on 2017 to meet more demands from clients, the factory’s design is three steel building of total space or than 5000m2 ,will have  automatic lines for coating and lining to save the production cost and better performance. The factory’s location is very close to the Syrian boarders.

Muwaggar Factory

On land of 4500 m2 Mafraq factory located inside Muwaggar Industrial City the factory is fully equipped with two overhead cranes of capacity of 10 tons. ,the factory has many equipments used for piping manufacturing ,including concrete lining, epoxy lining, GRE lining, rubber lining. Also a 3LPE coating production line is used for coating.

Believing in the importance of preserving the environment, Global Smart keeps it in mind first before building its manufacturing lines. Rock wool consists of different rocks and sand which results in the conventional black end product and emissions of CO2 gas. However, yellow silica sand and low iron composition rocks are carefully selected to manufacture INSUFORM. In addition to the gas scrubber that captures any CO2 emissions.
